The Greek word Eremos (ἔρημος) means "desert" or "wilderness.”

The Eremos is a place where the people of God often frequented to seek the Lord before being sent out on mission. From Moses meeting God at the burning bush, to the Israel in the desert, to Jesus retreating to meet with the Father.

At Eremos Church, believers in Jesus will be able to meet the Lord, be empowered to share the Gospel, and then be sent out to reach the lost in their sphere of influence.
